You will be required to travel periodically to client sites UK-wide and potentially worldwide.

We are seeking a candidate to work in dynamic client facing teams on the implementation of Ninth Wave's enterprise project management solution.  Our consultants carry out the design, implementation, roll-out and first line support of SmartCore.

You will be involved in product development, sales support and testing.  To our clients - who include some of Britain's biggest blue-chip companies in the legal, financial and energy sectors - this is a mission-critical application.  

• Lead client workshops and technical discussions and document outcomes and requirements

• Develop a rapport with customers to establish long-term partnerships

• Communicate progress and expectations to the client

• Design and document relational database models

• Build and configure client SmartCore applications

• Support client testing and coordinating responses

• Data migration of client data prior to go-live

• Provide training to core team of client administrators

• Participation in long-term product development

• Work closely with the core development team to deliver new core functionality

• Troubleshoot problems raised in client applications through to resolution

• Pre-sales support to the Sales team

We require an Honours Degree in Computer Science or other numerate discipline.  

The preferred candidate will be academically strong, 'consulting-oriented', business-aware and self-motivated.  Existing graduates with a computing background are welcome to apply.
